About Sarah Fan

Sarah is the Head of Transformation at KFC UK&I, focusing on innovation and strategic change. She's worked in different industries spanning finance and consulting before finding her home in hospitality, with several roles across operations and tech. Sarah is responsible for future restaurant design, data driven operations and using technology to scale solutions across KFC’s 1000+ restaurants, whilst keeping team members and guests at the heart of it all. She partners with start-ups and scale-ups to incubate and develop innovative ways to tackle traditional challenges.
Sarah is a huge proponent of multi-hyphenate, squiggly careers and mentorship in industries for underrepresented communities, where she is currently active in initiatives that support women from diverse backgrounds breaking into STEM futures.
