About Bethaney Sutherland

Bethaney Sutherland works as an external operations manager for Harrods. Harrods, with its fast-growing portfolio of 25+ restaurant and bar offerings, has blossomed to the extent that towards the end of last year it was trading 44% higher than it was pre-Covid, and transaction values were also 47% up on 2019. Bethaney works closely with the units that are spread further across the UK in some of the hardest to recruit areas. With her biggest drive being Talent - Beth has worked tirelessly to find the best talent and develop it. With 15 years’ experience and coming from humble beginnings, Beth understands ''working your way up the ladder''.
