Uber Eats Land Themselves a New Online Ordering Platform

Uber Eats has successfully managed to secure OrderTalk. The fee for this acquisition remains undisclosed.  

OrderTalk’s platforms are used in 5,500 sites across the UK and US and serve customers from PizzaExpress and Prezzo. With this in mind, it should come as no surprise that OrderTalk process a grand total of £743m of orders each year! 

Chairman of Uber Eats, Maurice Abboudi has commented on this new partnership. He said that is has been eye-opening to see how much the OrderTalk’s solution has impacted on the restaurant business. 

He also believes that this platform will help decrease errors that crop up when orders are entered manually, whilst also helping to streamline restaurant workflow. He finished by saying this new development is going to transform the industry and we have to thank the OrderTalk’s team for their hard work and dedication.
